Corn Pudding

¼ C. butter
¼ C. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 ½ Tb. sugar
1 ¾ C. milk
3 C. fresh or frozen corn
3 eggs

Directions:
Melt butter, stir in flour, salt, and sugar. Cook until bubbly. Slowly add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add corn.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs until frothy and then blend into corn mixture.
Pour into well greased casserole dish and set dish in a pan of hot water.
Bake at 350 deg. for 45-60 min, or until firm.
