Yummy Broccoli & Rice Dish

1 C chopped onion (I leave this out beacuse of picky eaters)
1 C chopped chelery (I leave this out because of picky eaters)
4 Tbsp. butter or margerine (didn't need it because I didn't add the chelery and onion)
2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 C uncooked rice
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
1 jar (8 oz) Cheese Whiz

Saute onion and celery in butter. Cook broccoli slightly and drain. Combine broccoli, celery, onion and rice. Blend soup, milk and Cheese Whiz. Add to broccoli mixture. Bakte at 350 for 30 minutes.
Yield: 6-8 servings
